Samolet to invest 41 bln rbl into residential estate in Moscow Reg
MOSCOW, Apr 25 (PRIME) -- Russian real estate developer Samolet Group plans to invest 41 billion rubles in construction of almost 130,000 square meters of residential estate in the Krasnogorsky District of the Moscow Region, a spokesperson for the company told PRIME on Tuesday.
The Strogino Kvartal will be built near the Myakinino Village close to another Samolet’s project, the Sputnik Kvartal. It will include nine 24-story houses and two 12-story houses with an underground parking for 900 cars, a school, a kindergarten, and a multi-level parking lot for 1,250 cars, the spokesperson said.
The project also encompasses construction of a facility comprising three multi-level buildings connected by a plinth, and the buildings will house a mall, a clinic, and a post office. The company plans to finish the project in 2027.
